Description:
Housing Systems, Inc. negotiated to construct a new Comfort Suites Hotel in Smithfield, RI consisting of 50,000 square feet +/- which included 64 units and the main lobby/administration area.

Housing Systems, Inc. acted as general contractor on the project and also performed all carpentry work. One project team built and erected wall panels in the main shop in Pawtucket, RI while another team coordinated all the subcontract work at the project location in Smithfield.

After the walls were prefabricated, they were sent to the job site and erected. Then HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and all other trades completed their work.

Housing Systems, Inc. turned the project over to a very pleased owner in just a little over a year's time.
