Description:
Housing Systems, Inc. was subcontracted by CorJen Construction to fabricate and erect 17 townhouses and 54 units in the Senior and Co-op buildings comprising 216,000 +/- square feet in the new Milton Fuller Senior Center located in Milton Massachusetts.

All panels were pre-fabricated in our shop located in Pawtucket, RI. The panels were then shipped to the project site and erected. In addition to building and erection of panels, Housing Systems, Inc. was responsible for roof trusses, flooring, decks, roof shingles, exterior wood siding, doors, windows louvers and exterior trim.

The project was completed and turned over in May, 2001 with the full approval of CorJen Construction.
