Housing Systems, Inc. was hired as the Construction Manager to renovate the Temple Emanu-El Sanctuary. This was a fast-track project, in order for the Sanctuary to be completed and ready for the High Holidays.

Housing Systems self performed all of the carpentry work, including approximately 150 pews being removed, stripped, refinished and reinstalled. HSI also supervised the other trades including painting, rugs/flooring, faux finish, Bimah and more.

Housing Systems, Inc. finished the main Sanctuary within the time frame for the High Holidays. The rest of the project is projected to be completed by December 2002.
